However, in exceptional circumstances involving unforeseen and serious issues, a refund may be considered at my discretion. 2. Right to Terminate Services I am committed to maintaining a positive working relationship and efficient project flow. If, however, I determine that the engagement is not progressing effectively or if there appears to be an underlying intent that could negatively impact the project, I reserve the right to conclude the work and retain the initial deposit if that's the case.
